Yes — the app is free on Google Play and the App Store. Your employer's NepalHRM subscription covers usage.
Location (for GPS check-in), camera (for check-in selfie and document scanning), notifications (for approvals and announcements), storage (for payslip downloads), and biometric unlock (on-device only). You can revoke any at any time in your device settings.
Yes for common actions like check-in and viewing cached payslips — data syncs when you're back online. Actions that need live validation (e.g., leave approvals) require connectivity.
All network traffic uses TLS 1.2+. Sensitive data is encrypted on-device. Optional biometric unlock adds a second layer. On logout or account deletion, local data is wiped.
