Correct. Start with a single employee, add or remove people any month, and cancel whenever you want. There's no minimum headcount and no annual lock-in.

Per active employee. HR admins, managers, and owners are counted only if they're actually employees — so the people running the system don't add to your bill.

Automatically, and you stay on the same plan as you grow. As your headcount crosses each band, your whole team moves to the lower per-employee rate — Essential drops to NPR 56 above 50 employees, and Business steps down to NPR 89 above 100 and NPR 79 above 200. The calculator above shows your exact rate.

Both. Teams up to 10 employees are free forever. Essential and Business each include a 1-month free trial with no credit card required.

Khalti is live today; eSewa and ConnectIPS are rolling out. Bank transfer and cheque are also accepted. Every invoice is a proper Nepal tax invoice.
