The fastest way to get help is from inside the app — tap Profile → Help. This attaches your device logs automatically so our team can diagnose instantly.

Try resetting your password from the login page. If that doesn't work, confirm with your HR admin that your account is active. Still stuck? Email support@nepalhrm.com with your company name and registered email.

Check the device's internet connection and confirm it shows as 'Connected' in Settings → Devices. If punches are missing, use Re-sync last 24h. Our team can remote-diagnose — share your device model and error screenshot.

Open the NepalHRM mobile app → Payslips tab. Tap the month you need, then Download or Share. Payslips are password-protected PDFs — the password is your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.

Yes — cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans follow our Refund Policy (/refund-policy).
