Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want NepalHRM to be an easy, low-risk decision. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work across our plans, trials, and professional services.
1. Free trial
The Starter plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No charges are made until you convert to a paid plan. If you do not convert, no fees apply.
2. Monthly plans
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
3. Annual plans — 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are dissatisfied within 30 days of your first annual payment, email billing@nepalhrm.com for a full refund (minus applicable transaction fees, if any).
4. After the 30-day window
Annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term. You may downgrade at the next renewal.
5. Implementation & professional services
Paid implementation, training, and data-migration services are non-refundable once work has started.
6. Involuntary cancellation
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund is due. If we cease operations, unused pre-paid fees are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@nepalhrm.com with your account email and reason. We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
8. Data export on cancellation
Your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it is deleted per our retention schedule. See our Privacy Policy for details.
